Telco X Terms and Conditions of service clearly stated the following, upon Mr Ahmad’s subscription:
- Credit Grace Period: Customers must top up their accounts before the end of the Credit Grace Period. If not, the account is terminated immediately, and any remaining balance is forfeited. The mobile number will be withdrawn, the customer will need to purchase a new starter kit to resume service.
- Forfeiture of Credit: Any remaining credit is forfeited once a prepaid mobile number expires. Telco X is not liable for refunding or reimbursing forfeited credit or for any related damages, costs, or losses.
Expiration Impact:

User Responsibility:
