Introduction

The General Consumer Code (GCC) of Practice is a basic guideline to be followed by Communication and Multimedia service providers in delivering their respective services. It was accepted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as the Industry Code in 2002. The GCC is updated every three (3) years.
