Yap Yoke Har serves as the Vice President for the Malaysia Mobile Technology Association, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law (LLM). She specialises in the telecommunications sector with over 23 years of experience. She was formerly the Regional Director for Operator Relations at Gemalto and currently runs her own law firm which specialises in technology, Fintech, and Law tech.

Azizan Afandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Salford. He has over 24 years of experience in telecommunications management and consumer advocacy. Additionally, he has extensive experience in policy development, compliance management, consumer protection, and
safety.
MAHFUZAH AZAHARI
Senior Specialist, Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd
Mahfuzah Azahari has over 22 years of experience in industry regulatory compliance, spanning consumerism and quality of service as well as Licensing, Universal Service Provision, Access, and stakeholder management. She also brings five (5) years of prior experience in management consulting. This breadth of exposure has given her a strong
understanding of policy processes and regulatory dynamics that affect business operations, customers, and partners, enabling sound decision-making on complex consumer issues.
Mahfuzah served as Chairman of CFM from 2011 to 2013 and has continued to contribute from 2014 to 2024 in various capacities, including Office Bearer (Secretary and Treasurer) and Council Member. She holds a Master’s degree from Ohio University, USA.
ZOLKIFLEE MD SALLEH
Chairman of Persatuan Kebajikan Pengguna Melaka (PKPM)
Zolkiflee has vast experience as an IT trainer at the Centre for Systems Education and MS Project Management Trainer for Shell Sarawak, Sibu Port Authority, Asian Bintulu Fertilizer, Hitachi Singapore, and Brunei Government Authority. He is also the assistant secretary of PERKIM Melaka State Division and is the Permanent Chairman of PERKIM Klebang Besar Branch. Zolkiflee holds a Diploma in Business Management and Leadership from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
DR KHAIRIL AZWAR RAZALI

Dr Khairil mempunyai lebih 16 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pendidikan, termasuk lima tahun berkhidmat dalam sistem Sekolah Berasrama Penuh (SBP) di Malaysia. Kepakaran beliau merangkumi Pendidikan (ESL) dan Komunikasi, dengan pengkhususan dalam Komunikasi Pengurusan dan Komunikasi Kesihatan. Beliau kini berkhidmat sebagai Ketua Penyelidikan, menerajui inisiatif penyelidikan peringkat fakulti, memperkukuh hasil penerbitan ilmiah serta memastikan kualiti penerbitan akademik. Beliau juga merupakan Ketua Editor jurnal dalaman fakulti, bertanggungjawab terhadap hala tuju editorial dan ketelitian akademik. Sebagai Pensyarah Kanan, beliau turut menyumbang secara aktif dalam pengajaran, inovasi pembelajaran dan bimbingan akademik.
Beliau memiliki Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (PhD) dalam Kurikulum dan Pengajaran dari Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM), Ijazah Sarjana Pendidikan (TESL) dari Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), serta Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pendidikan (TESOL) dari Macquarie University, Australia. Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat sebagai Pelawat Akademik di Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia.
SHARIFAH DIANA SYED BADROL

Sharifah Diana has nearly 12 years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. She currently serves as Senior Assistant Vice President, Regulatory & Stakeholder Management at Astro Malaysia, where she oversees government relations, public policy, corporate reputation, compliance, and licence management.
She holds a Master of Business (International Business) from The University of Queensland and a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology from UCSI. Her work focuses on building impactful partnerships, shaping meaningful policy dialogue, and advancing initiatives in digital inclusion and talent development.
DATO’ INDRANI THURAISINGHAM
Vise President, Federation of Malaysian Consumers Association (FOMCA)
Dato’ Indrani is a consumer advocate with over 30 years of experience in consumer protection at national, regional, and international levels. A trained lawyer, she currently serves as Vice President and Legal Advisor of the Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (FOMCA), Chief Executive Officer (unpaid) of the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC), and Secretary-General of ERA Consumer Malaysia.
She previously led Consumers International’s Asia Pacific Office for 13 years, supporting over 55 consumer organisations across 25 countries and contributing to global consumer policy development. Her work covers consumer rights, digital and food safety issues, sustainable consumption, and dispute resolution. Dato’ Indrani has
advised ASEAN, UN agencies, and international organisations, led major community-based projects in Malaysia and India, and continues to represent consumer interests at platforms such as the United Nations, ASEAN, and national policy bodies.
DR. JUNAINAH MOHD MAHDEE
Assistant Professor / Industrial Training Coordinator, Multimedia University (MMU)
Dr. Junainah is an Assistant Professor and Industrial Training Coordinator at Multimedia University, with over 23 years of experience at the institution. She specialises in Marketing and Management, with prior service as Assistant Director at the President’s Office.
She oversees student industrial training placements, leads academic – industry engagement, and actively teaches and conducts research in her fields. Dr. Junainah holds a PhD in Management from Queen’s University Belfast, UK. Her work has received multiple recognitions, including awards at the Malaysian Technology Expo and RICES conferences. She is a Digital Marketing (ICDL) Professional and a member of the Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM) and the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
GEORGE BENNETT FRANCIS

George brings over 25 years of experience in consumer advocacy, with a background in journalism and cross
industry leadership. He began his career as a journalist covering local and international media in Sabah, Sarawak,
and Brunei, and later held leadership roles in organisations including Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd., Champion Motors
(Inchcape Group), and Archipelago Gaya Shipping Group. He has also contributed to public service as a research assistant for a Malaysian government regional planning study and as an assessor at the Miri District Native Court.
His academic background includes qualifications from the Times School of Journalism, Singapore; London School of Journalism; University of London External Law Program; Institute of Administrative Management, UK; and a Certificate in Company Secretary from Institut Usahawan Bumiputra Malaysia and a Diploma from Sabah Theological Seminary.

DR. MAZLAN BIN ABDUL RAZAK
Head of Regulatory Affairs, TT dotcom Sdn Bhd (TIME)
Dr. Mazlan has over 27 years of experience across key focus areas including telecommunications regulation, government and stakeholder management, e-business, and public relations. He currently serves as Head of Regulatory Affairs (Malaysia) at TIME. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
He is actively involved in industry and academic governance as a Board Member of the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum Bhd (MTSFB), a Councillor of the Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM), and a Member of the Board of Study at AHIBS, UTM.
PROF. MADYA DR. ELISTINA ABU BAKAR

Prof Dr. Elistina is an exco-member of the Malaysian Consumer and Family Economics Association (MACFEA).
She has 20 years of experience in education and research, particularly in the field of consumer law. She is also a
lecturer at the Department of Resource Management and Consumer Studies, Faculty of Human Ecology, UPM.
