Mahfuzah Azahari has 22 years of experience in the industry regulatory compliance not only in consumerism and quality of service matters but also in other areas such as Licensing, Universal Service Provision, Access, and stakeholder management. Before that, she has five (5) years of experience in management consulting. She has built an extensive understanding of the policy processes and dynamics that impact a company’s business, customers, and partners. This has enabled her to build strong acumen in both regulatory, business, and operations matters and make good decisions on complex consumerism issues.
Mahfuzah is also the past chairman of CFM for the term 2011-2013, from 2014 until 2024 she continues to serve CFM in various roles such as Office Bearer (Secretary, and Treasurer) and Council Member. Mahfuzah holds a Master’s Degree from Ohio University, in the United States.

Hassan is the Senior Rapid Respond Squad Specialist, Customer Success, at CelcomDigi Berhad. He has about 25 years of experience in the customer service field. He previously served at TIME dotCom before joining CelcomDigi. Hasan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in International Business from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UTM). He received two (2) awards, namely the Axiata Champion Award and the Best Complaint Award from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) in 2018.

Wan Shazrun Hijaz has over 19 years of experience in regulatory affairs covering various industries such as health, banking, and broadcasting. He previously served at Maybank and Prince Court Medical Centre before joining Astro. Wan Shazrun graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Software Engineering). He joined Astro in October 2007 and was appointed the Assistant Vice President of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs in April 2019.

Mohd Mazlan Abd Razak is the Head of Regulatory Affairs at TIME dotCom Berhad. He has over 26 years of experience working in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Prior to joining TIME dotcom Berhad he was attached to the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation. (MDEC). He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Malaya. Mazlan also holds the position of Director at the Malaysian Technology Standards Forum Berhad (MTSFB).

Nordin Thani is the President of Consumers Front of Sabah (CFOS). He has advocated consumer rights, particularly in Sabah for over 21 years. He has extensive experience in the broadcasting and telecommunications industry. He holds a master’s degree in renewable and sustainable energy. Nordin is currently pursuing his PhD focused on consumer studies and renewable energy. He is the recipient of the Ahli Mangku Negara (AMN) award and the Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (ADK).
