CFM RANGERS

CFM Rangers are Community Partners who will be involved in activities such as awareness programs, volunteering to advocate for local community members, gathering information or issues related to telecommunications services with local communities throughout Malaysia, and submitting them to CFM for improvement purposes.

Malaysians aged 18 and above are encouraged to join as CFM Rangers and become part of our noble effort to bring about reforms in consumer protection matters.

CFM Rangers are entitled to the following benefits:

1. The opportunity to participate in the CFM Program.
2. Access to training and education focused on consumer protection.
3. Incentives and recognition in accordance with the program.
4. The chance to become a CFM partner within the local community.
