Types of Complaint
There are two types of complaints.
- Complaint already lodged with Service provider
- New Complaint.
Complaint already lodged with SP.
If there is an existing complaint lodged with service provider, user click on “Yes” button and the following fields will appear.
- Service Provider
- Complaint ID
- IC Number/Passport Number
- Phone Number
